Done w/ my reread of Fire Punch. Such a great story exploring fatalism, guilt, identity, etc, and the meta aspects were so cool. This is still Fujimoto at his most abstract and conceptually ambitious and, while it can be a bit messy, I think it rewards the effort you put into it.

Done w/ my second reread of Chainsaw Man and yep I can no longer pretend that this manga isn't an absolute favorite of mine. I always held it back a bit on my rankings bc I was waiting for Part 2 so the story could "bulk up" a bit more but, nah, it's too amazing. What a ride. 💆‍♂️
