You can have a Biolab without adding the Plague affliction to your loadout. The Biolab produces Rats that you can then use as an alternative means of spreading the plague!

@ancalabro We've tried a variety of different sacrifices. I think we managed to open a portal to the nether realms but so far it has limited results when it comes to our game's success.
