Freshening up the designs for Osteon's friend circle/coworkers/fellow royal mages. They look much more distinct than their original concepts, which I'm pleased with.

The prototype ones were a bit dire! I have a better handle on the character designs now though.

Working on Seax's route today, so I decided to doodle him a bit. Glad I held off on doing the graphics work until I finished the demo...he's changed a bit from his original art.
NecRomancer isn't a combat game so these are more for my own reference, but Osteon is actually a very physically-oriented fighter in battle. They use the remains of willing spirits to change tactics on the fly in combat.
Colour testing for the VN. I think I like this style better than the others I've tried, it feels far less heavy.
Finally got around to tweaking Osteon's design, because I drew the shoulderpads on a whim and they never quite fit with the rest of the character. They're a bit less jarring now, I think!
Updating Osteon's friend circle a bit. There's more NPCs than this but they're sort of dependent on story so they'll come up as they come up.
