Shadow the Ultimate Lifeform and Rouge the Bat aren't friends at all because:
Shadow has forgotten his family, he became a prisoner of Rouge the Bat (not Dr. Eggman) to fight against Sonic and his friends (and Knuckles) so she can get what she wants for no reason.
There's gotta be a way to keep Shadow the Ultimate Lifeform away from Rouge the Bat, Sonic the Hedgehog and his friends before anyone gets hurt or worse.
