Long overdue hatchling page for Hellbaskers.
Self sufficient upon birth, nestlings can be encountered on their own throughout the desert. The lack of the bright colors and horns of adults leads many to misidentify them, leading to unfortunate surprises among exotic pet owners.

Hellbasker V2. This streamlined predator is incapable of sustained flight, rather opting for great speed and agility, streaking after prey from the high rocks, canyons, and gorges of its desert home.
As it’s name suggests, Hellbaskers are extremely adept fire breathers.

The viðargeit (aka speckled stag) is a small, goat-like animal inhabiting dense forests and clouded mountains. Long, sprouting horns (not antlers) protect the animals neck, while shorter frontal ones serve as last ditch offense.
They inhabit their own clade with the unicorn
