It's Lucille Ball's 107th birthday today!
I grew up watching Lucy, and my youngster (8) has watched her a whole bunch, too, cackling with glee. A wonderful comedian, voice for justice, and advocate for artistic control and remuneration in a medium that afforded little of either.

Which doesn't meanI don't love them, but I much prefer regular workaday joes to big destiny characters. Anyway, here are some drawings I did of 'em, some time back.
