while going through old files i found this dumb character design from '08 that i decided to redraw 5 yrs later
sadly i missed the 5 year mark by a year, BUT i thought it could be a cool-down and a neat way to show that styles are an ever-changing thing with life, experience, etc

ohhhh, #4styles!? hell yeah! i always thought i had to be stuck to one, but the more knowledge i have the more variety i’m able to have. constantly trying to switch things up just a little to keep it fresh for myself!

one of my favorite things about #criticalrole is that literally any time essik exists hundreds of people yell “HOT BOI” in unison

i’ve been spending hours & hours in Procreate practicing and trying to perfect brushes/figure out if i can do high resolution (or just good quality) line art
i was really starting to doubt if i could do any actual professional stuff on the road and oh my god i’ve DONE IT i CAN!!

no references used as to push my imagination, used some pre-loaded color palettes. real talk, Procreate is such a fun program, drawing on a tablet is so comfortable 😭
