I made a comment that all my DnD characters are just horse girls and I’ve been thinking about MLP a lot lately…so it was inevitable that I would draw this…Wren the tall and lanky earth pony 🌿

Rochelle is everything a good gargoyle stands for: kind, noble and a protector. She is on the quieter side but will do everything she can to protect her fellow classmates.

Clawdeen Wolf progress 2/2!

With your help I also got to do three monthly comics! Changing the theme every month gave my art a chance to have variety! I got to use text, colors, and traditional materials, something I don’t get to do when making Jezebel! Having you follow along and vote was so much fun!

When I started my residency I was so nervous and unsure of myself…so for the daily drawing I decided on my DnD character. Now on my final day I’ve drawn them again with my heart full of confidence and gratitude. Drawing this helped me reflect on my time here @RollingTalesYEG!

While reminiscing about DnD characters I remember that one time I homebrewed a murder mystery! The big bad villain in the end was a vengeful sister who froze and reanimated the corpses of her victims…including her own sister. It was fun to play a destructive ice queen!

This month I wanted to make art dedicated to these two DnD characters that mean the absolute world to me. It was a great exercise in transforming an improvised rp scene into a visual medium. This is a love letter to these two boys and their emotional confessions.

We’re in the last stages of the comic making process for this months comic! Adding in the script is a whole other challenge that I don’t normally tackle with Jezebel so it’s a fun change!
