This is Sam, one of Veevi's roomates. He makes magic robots and is a shadowmancer who likes to turn into a shadow and prank people (or sneak into places) Hates jerks and will do anything to protect his frens. He also enjoys being ridiculous. (3rd pic inspired by char from a game)

Continuing now with Vivienne. She's a shy artist and musician who's been disappointed by people many times, so she mostly just keeps to herself. She likes her 3 roommates but feels like she doesn't belong there - or anywhere. She has a "feralsona" which is a lyrebird.

This is Zechary. He's a pyromancer, but I should really just say pyromaniac, because he loves to watch the world burn (literally). He has a workshop in a secret underground bunker where he builds bots out of mechalomagic (magic made through "steampunk" machines).

This is Mylos (pronounced MEE-los). He is a hyalomancer (innate ability to manipulate glass/crystal) and can cross through glass windows without leaving a mark, which is very useful in his side job as a stealth assassin. Loves geometric shapes, hates social interaction.

This is Kevyn. He's an illusiomancer (has innate power of illusion magic). He uses his illusion trickery to cheat and scam black market folks, who don't hesitate to make him suffer for his deeds when he's caught. He barely escaped death several times, and has many scars from it.

This is Mulligan. He's a biologist but currently works at the necromagic college, tho he doesn't know any magic at all. A total reptile nerd, he has a pet snek and geck, as well as a pigeon he rescued.

Here's Margaret, the headmistress of the Redsky College of Necromagic. She's a stern leader and always irrefutably right about things. She has a collection of fancy hats she made, which reflect her mood. The bigger and scarier the stuff on her hat are, the angrier she is.

And this is Skyler. She's Seir's nemesis, but also best friend (and often partner in crime). Also an edgy necromage but more witchy, giving off odd and spooky vibes. She avoids people and prefers to be left alone. Loves creepy-cute things and candy (like the smoky one in 2nd pic)

Omg okay so I'll start with Seir. He's a necromage (clearly the edgy kind) and full of himself because he's exceptionally good at his craft. Into some shady business, of course. He's the protag of my main story (in which he's definitely up to no good.)
