@MissL_Y5 @PrimarySchoolBC @_Reading_Rocks_ This is not about mini beasts and is a bit odd. But this book is a catalog of parts for children to create their own bird. It’s set in the future after we’ve killed off all the birds. (Told you it was odd)
“The End of Something Wonderful” by @grubreport and @GeorgeErmos does that really clever thing of being wonderfully funny whilst also being emotionally honest on dealing with the loss of a pet. It’s also a rather brilliant instruction text. It really helped today.
@MissSMerrill @KarlDuke8 @redgierob Love it. He illustrated both of these which are fantastic. Brilliant journeys through a fairytale
Love it when a story takes you by surprise. I don’t own many picturebooks set in Great Depression era America. This is just fantastic by @WheelerStudio it tells a wonderful poignant story of a families love and struggles. #picturebookpagematone
It’s time. This is the Endgame...
(Little bit excited, not as much as my practically melting teen though)
No spoilers ...promise.
No 4 @toddstanton1. Just a brilliant talent great stories and art. #primaryrocks
This book is just a delightful “Hug” of a book. Sweet, funny, a bit sad and a little bit clever. The Hug is a perfect assembly book. @eoinmclaughlin and @PollyDunbar. Loved this and so did the children.
