today's #inktober #inktober2018 -- already missing the actual inks but dangit I wanna get better at this digital art thing so here's a spooky scary very tranquil feelin skeleton
already fairly comfortable with traditional mediums, so I'm doing #inktober digitally to improve my skills in photoshop -- so maybe a bit closer to #drawtober, ehe -- but here's poisonous!
here's some recent worldbuilding concept stuff -- a photobash and a drawing that maybe after I do a ton of material studies on how metal works, I might finish or redraw... might redo the photobash as well, actually, got some excellent feedback on it at egx :')
I scribbled a self-portrait of myself for a uni-related thing and learned that drawing oneself in a non-realistic fashion is exceptionally difficult. I also realised I now have no excuse not to have art of myself as a profile picture :')
occasionally, I manage to convince myself to leave my sketchbook and draw a digital piece instead
a. if only I knew how to draw cloth and wasn't too scared to try to scribble something and line the rest of this table cloth
b. I still haven't decided whether to make my first attempt in literal years at cell shading or go and paint this help
and then a few of the digital pieces I'm prouder of, featuring a model from the agency lumen, one of my cats, a bit of a piece I rushed to fit into my portfolio for university applications, and montana --
I used to draw a lot of zed, from league of legends. I still do, but I used to, too. a colour version of the black and white one exists somewhere, but I'm inclined to think it's on my desktop, which is most definitely not in my hotel.
