Why the Japan PR people took the 2009 Asylum film "Dragonquest" and give it a near identical color scheme of the Enix "Dragon Quest" series but gave it the name "Dragon Road" instead, I'll never know.

#GodHand This group itself was a well known Japanese trope. A cocky queen, a scrawny trickster, and a fat dullard was the basic setup for the "evil trio" from the "Time Bokan" series by Tatsunoko Productions. You see variants of these guys EVERYWHERE.

Also, Jill Stingray of "Va-11 Hall-A" smokes the cigarette brand Placebo, the same brand writer/guy always in trouble Morishima Tokio of "The Silver Case" by Suda Goichi.
The guys at Sukeban Games said that they aimed to make Dana Zane of "Va-11 Hall-A" a character like the "Yakuza" legend Kiryu Kazuma.
