@deusExMatteo Oh, haiku society! That's great!😃 Haiku put many meanings into minimum words. It means Japanese like modest and I think this thinkings is reflected on "Yuru-chara(Easy character)",very popular now in Japan, which is putting many Kawaii into small character.

Actually their words were very warm(I can't translate that nuance though😅). Editors I talked recently were so too. They were severe in 20years ago and I wrote my mochikomi story in that times. It was good experience too!

It is said Kappa like cucumber.
Cucumber sushi is called Kappa-maki, and there is a "Kappa-zushi" which is chain sushi restaurant all over the Japan!(Of course we can eat various sushi there, not only cucumber)

先日たまたまネットで「タイガー立石」という名前を見つけて、何か聞いたことあるぞ！と思って検索してみたら、大昔に父親が毎月「たくさんのふしぎ」という科学児童誌を買ってくれてた時期があって、それに時々載っていたイラストレーターだったのです。ちょっと不気味なとこが好きでした（次に続く）

When I searched on google, I remembered he was an illutrator of my favorite book when I was a child "Many mysteries" my father bought me.
Furthermore his exhibition happened to be held near my living place now! I went to it soon😃
His works had many mysteries and nostalgia.

@jjvie I heard that from hachi before😀Tsuge drew surreal and realistic manga. It's very interesting. Some my favorite manga got a prize on Angoulême Festival, Non Non Ba to Ore, Watashi wa Shingo etc. It's an honour!

@deusExMatteo He says "I'm Shiri-Emon!" Shiri(Oshiri) means butt in Japanese and "Oshiri Tantei(Butt Detective)" is very popular picture book for children. He is Oshiri Tantei + Doraemon 😁
