it’s interesting idw sonic has really focused on charmy being like, innocently kind as a pretty defining trait, moreso than even cream. he gets along with everyone who isn’t actively mean & is really set on helping everyone he can with what little he has to offer
i like that blaze is very clearly the coolest person sonic knows & he just gets hyped as hell when she shows up outta nowhere. blaze has definitely earned it too
cream really does not fear anything i’m doubling back and realizing how funny it is vanilla is desperately trying to keep her small child from provoking this huge hulking demon to no avail
thinks about this four part series of covers for the tangle & whisper comics and specifically the imagery of whisper removing her mask and entrusting it to tangle in time with her learning to lower her guard and really trust in someone for the first time since she was traumatized
