@charlenedraws Hello! I'm currently illustrating for a TTRPG inspired by early 1900s children's literature called #GardenOfTheGiants. 🦄
I've been playing in a game of Spire and thought I should try and draw my ex-Information Broker & Carrion-Priest Wisp.
They're like sort of a boogeyman? Their preferred entry point is windows and I once described them as "Collapsible" in regards to how they sneak around.
Probably my favorite Spiral Abyss team. https://t.co/fQq7XVarPg
#NorthSeat Goblins!
Agents of the God of Change, Goblins are in charge of making things old. Painting mold, licking things to rust them, sprinkling dust.
If you wake up one morning to find wrinkles on your brow, blame a Goblin!
Mourning Bulbs - sort of like morning stars, but they're vaguely sentient plants looking to kill people so they can eat their personality to grow stronger.
Their stalk is bendy and they can swing about either to smack you, or shoot thorns they grow inside the hollow gourd-bulb.
Even without looking at the quality of the work, I feel like the new stuff is looking a lot more stylistically in keeping with how I always wanted the North Seat to look.
This was the original piece I did 4 years ago:
Feel like I'm hitting that @questrpg enemy card style with just enough of my unique style.
Not the final product, I'm sure I'll want to adjust things later but it's coming along!
I've made a lot of games in the past couple years. Check them out maybe? (I'm also proud of all these covers)

Oh boy if the return to the #NorthSeat isn't going to be MUCH spookier that before.
One of the nicest parts about revisiting the #NorthSeat is that I can pretty much directly look at how my art style has developed in the last 4 years.
