It's impossible to expect the anime to be accurate to the manga in art style at least
Especially since it needs to be animated, and sometimes certain plot elements don't translate

I do thank the fan translators for their effort in translating this game so fans can play it

I recommend searching up the rom and getting a SNES emullator or reproduction cart up and running, it's fun
