@GraboJonathan Ultimately, I'd say that in Pre New52 continuity, Shiva was part of the League for a while but didn't seem to train or work under Ra's except for the Hush thing. By and large, she seemed to be working more with David and the rest until Cass was born and she split.

Before Flashpoint/New52, Shiva was shown to have worked for and trained with the League back when she was young. This is from Batgirl #65, btw. And a few years prior, in Hush, Talia implied that Shiva was also one of Ra's' goons.
