Me staring at this @maguirekevin pin-up from Legends of the Dark Knight #50 like "Well that can't be Talia because she's next to Ra's, and this one's next to Tim who she had just trained, and those earrings sure look familiar, and..."

Like, uh, literally right there? But maybe she means it a bit ironically, like the unsaid part is "As far as he knows, we're still the Outsiders." And we'll see what she really meant.

Still, it doesn't help that I'd swear this team has been "disbanded" like three times already.

The trick works and they learn Ra's is going to Japan, and in another moment of odd graciousness, Shiva personally calls Batman to let him know and pretty much officializes her membership of the Outsiders, which, uh...

Didn't she tell them the Outsiders were over last month?

The whole scene has a nice tense, almost horror vibe to it, with all the swirling darkness and Shiva's face appearing from within. If Duke's making that happen for effect, he's definitely got the hang of it now.

Also, this one line sounds oddly DKR Bane-ish.
