ok, y'all! i have redone my Willow character design (again) so it's time for some throwbacks!
that being said, here is first ever iteration of Willow i've made in 2017. dunno why, but I haven't posted this picture anywhere until today

this month's sELF portait!

decided i'd do themed self portraits every first month of a season. elf associated with spring most so i painted myself as an elf :')

experimented with my edges in this one quite a bit and tried to get as much of subtle hue variation as i could

having a bad art day lmao

TIL: Zac has a special animation when he jumps using blastcone

this month's self portrait is a little bit different!
and by "a little bit different", i mean it's 69 times more masculine than my other self portraits.

oh yeah, i also changed my approach a bit!
and by "a bit", i mean a lot.

that's the end of creatuanary! i had a blast this month and i'm very proud of finishing 31 artwork with same style and presentation. although i will never do it again in a different challenge :^)

i was looking forward to today since todays prompt is slavic :') i really wanted to focus on the blood-turning-into-healing-flowers part of the lore with the design. otherwise would've made a furry ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
