I rather like how this face is coming out. Not sure how far I'm gonna take the whole thing, since it's just for funzies, but this is at like 180% magnification.

@BenOakleyAuthor I generally charge $500 for cover art to self-publishers, and there are many artists way better than me. Factoring in GOOD design costs, I can see how it could get up to $1000+, but anything more than that seems excessive. Now, for a publishing house, rates are different.
