254. Golf Story

You played Earthbound without playing Earthbound if you've played certain indie comedy RPGs, and because of the nature of the derivative, they can be hit or miss. Golf Story is no bogey. The quirk wasn't cringe and it's a creative spin on a boring sport

This visually distinct game caught my eye at a time when I was really familiarizing myself with roguelikes and lites, and it wound up becoming one of my favorites. I didn't mind dying over and over when playing the game was such a sad whale smiling joy.
Remember the heyday of edutainment games?🪚🐻
LumbearJack puts a whole new spin on it by axing the question if games can teach us environmentalism. If you like Final Fantasy VII, you'll love LumbearJack!
New critique on The Pixels!

257. Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster

Assaulted on one end for not liking FFXIV very much, I'll be attacked on the other for a similar take about FF1! The 1st Final Fantasy is not very playable if you didn't grow up with it. Pixel Remaster is a BIG help (minus the font)!
What's your honest opinion of The Hobbit trilogy?
cuz idk, man...
