Wow! Crazy concept for Marvel to have an amazing volume of a series coincide with the newest show they just released. You'd almost think they'd grasped corporate synergy finally. Anyway that's just my way of saying Marvel MVP scribe @jedmackay and Cappuccio on art are killing it.
Reminder: There's ALMOST no wrong way to collect comics but if you're waiting for books to trend on the 🔑 app or pop up on the top 10 list to buy, I regret to inform you, you're doing it wrong. These were all featured 1-2 years ago here and over on my IG page.
For those not playing along at home, phenomenal Superman story being told here. @PhillipKJohnson was already deftly steering the ship and the work of Sampere, Mendonca and Eaglesham (this ish) are all great but the art from Federici (shown here) amped it up an even greater notch.
@GoranGligovic Interesting that there was a Predator short story set a year earlier here in this Dark Horse anthology. 🤔
Just got around to this and it passes my 'Rule of 5' sniff test. Still available for cover outside of the 'bay but this is tailor-made for the screen thanks to tv guru Guggenheim and Dark Horse's Netflix deal. Only one cover-no variants, store or otherwise#, as far as I can tell.
