A group of bankrobbers that includes bothers Mike and Tommy. Tommy is just a teenager. Ultimately Mike is executed to protect their identities, and Tommy goes straight after the rest of the gang is arrested.

Mike uses his last breaths to clear his brother's name and make him promise to go straight.

so B&R just casually pitch themselves out the window.

Anyway so Tommy drags himself to the roof and shoots into nowhere to summon the cops which is a good thing because meanwhile down below the gangsters turn the tables on B&R by pointing a gun to Linda's head. The police arrive just in time...

SHE CAN STAY

Which causes him to be executed by his ally gangster, who is about to do the same to Linda and Tommy but then Batman shows up like, "Shooting people is rude!"

But now they think the cops are after Mike, the older brother, so they send someone to warn him, and Batman just follows the guy. Thinking the cops are onto them, the bank robbery crew decides they need to leave, but the kid can't be moved yet, so Mike decides to stay with him.

Batman decides to go into a pool room Linda had mentioned to get info... and to do so in disguise as a mobster who's currently out of town. Sadly for him, the mobster is dead so he ends up getting into a fight after all.
