Aki from Baldr Sky is pretty fun character--and she fits into that hacker older woman very nicely.

She lazes about, but she's a very capable programming wizard. Super useful in the Cyberspace world.

And best of all, she's a warm, comforting onee-san as well.

She's serious and prideful at times, but her self-consciousness and anxiousness reel her personality back in.

It's only after they begin their relationship that Karen becomes a lot more flirty and more relaxed, like a classic tsundere
