Introducing Yuka, a young mysterious girl, who deeply loves Kyoji.

Like a lot.

He might not remember her, but she really wants to spend lots of time with him~

Even it means having to send out her cannibalistic wingman to kill her competition.

A lot can happen in a couple of years, and his childhood friends might turn out to be drastically different people now.

So it’s up to Kyoji to break those awkward tensions—even if it means bringing up old traumas.

But there’s someone who never forgot about him.

Despite what you think, Gore Screaming Show isn’t just a psychological horror thriller trip, but a character-focused romance.

Our main character Kyoji returns back to his hometown, but immediately comes face to face with a troubling situation:

Someone who shows no hesitation in displaying outright cruelty in some of the most messed up situations.

But there is however, a method to the madness.
