New costumes! I like Ottley trying to rationalize the shoeless look for Nolan, personally I like the idea that a lot of aliens just have weird feet and hands so there's no universal boot that they have on hand. And Nolan can just float anyway. Also love a good shortcape.

I love that they have an official name for the moustache reveal "the Toolock Pull"

Even when this book gets super grim you're reminded that this super evil alien race's only distinguishing feature is a near religious reverence for mustaches.
