Pour one out for Magnattack, as he ended up left out of the show, I'm guessing it was just an issue of an already absurdly high character count for the episode and with all his moving bits, he just didn't make the cut. He also has a super similar name to Magmaniac.

We met Furnace earlier in the Free Comic Book Day special, where Mark wrecked his suit. He seems to be some sort of being made of plasma that requires the suit to maintain composure. Glad that the show kept that detail!

So while I still love this part of the comic, it really pales in comparison to the adaptation now, the amount of pathos the show added to Titan and the way he really put Mark in his place over his idea of what heroism means was just so choice.

I'm so excited for his proper debut in the show.
(Also, do you think it hurts to use your flesh key on a lock? Like, does he harden his finger, too? )

I love that Invincible is a constant mishmash of comic tropes, like the Sequids are obviously a play on Starro or The Brood.

Ottley tends to lean towards superhero tropes, lots of muscles, lots of little details, very simplistic line patterning

Walker tends to focus more on shape design, silhouette & color blocking
