A lot of autistic people, whether or not they have gone undiagnosed in childhood, have to re-learn as adults how to respect their own needs instead of disregard them. I hope we all learn to as the conversation in our community continues

Someone is ttly on denial about the state of their Kingdom hahaha
Often those who need to protest the most, can not afford the risk to do so... Which is probably why our terrible government is putting laws in place to make it harder to protest :')
During #NeurodiversityCelebrationWeek I wanna thank all the Librarians, teachers and parents whove sent me lovely stories about their kids reading Speak Up! repeatedly 💜 I wanted a fun/uplifting depiction of autism and I think it worked! Thank you for sharing with your kids 🥺
The last book I read was 'Hani and Ishu's Guide to Fake Dating' by @adiba_j I rly enjoyed it, esp the character developments! 💖
My favourite from last year was 'Vinland Saga' by Makoto Yukimura. Clearly made by a very experienced story teller, it just hits all the right beats!!
Speak up! is one of the ALA'S top GNs of 2022 😄
Librarians are lovely and always the people who give me the most feedback about this comic, so, thank youuu all of you, you're helping autistic kids feel seen! 💜

Another old BotW fan art, I feel like my art has improved since this in many ways (I should do some new fan art!)
