Meet Charlie! They've known Mia since they were both little, and they're totally inseparable now~
Speak Up! is coming out in a week's time AAHH
I wanted to share the opening pages with you over the next week running up to Sept 13th- I hope you enjoy and resonate with these pages!!
😄😄 or maybe all the different species of flowers out there! https://t.co/k6qiSWPUdq
There's a lot of underlining stuff I wont comment on BUT pls enjoy this drama, and the unique dynamic of a fiery emotional person and someone who maybe cares a little too much about what others think of him.
Midlen continues to flirt, but John's earlier convo with his sister is weighing heavily on his mind...tempers are being tested.
Friendly reminder my new book is out in under a months time 😭😭😭 If you like light hearted school drama and bright magical-girl colours and autistic rep, please consider pre ordering!!

I wasn't expecting this to get this much attention lol
So jsyk, the comic within thread is called "Speak Up!" and it's out Sept 13th, you can preorder most places 💜
If you like regency romance, I also draw a webcomic with an autistic MC too. Thanks for sharing your experiences!
Even the word 'autism' is stigmatised. I see many ppl use phrases instead (ie. 'on the spectum', 'neurodiverse'), as if they feel they're insulting someone when using 'autistic'.
Mia sees this in the story, too, from her Mum and kids. But, she starts to use the word proudly!
