Trying to inquire more about it but Nintendo Dream's September 2020 issue has a feature covering Cipher's final set showcasing known artwork and confirmed some previously unknown artists, including but not limited to

Deirdre - Ayaka Kato
Narcian - Yoneko
Danved - Homazo

Characters like Ephraim and Lucina have their own individual cards in this set, this much is assured

But the cards where they appear with someone else, I think it has to only count as an Eirika card, a Chrom card, etc. Not both at the same time

They got the same artist Might O to draw both Edain in Cipher and Brigid in Heroes (they are twin sisters)

Pirate Xander was only a concept in Japanese exclusive content, so it's nice that it's finally making its international debut through FEH

This is supposed to be Chrom, but I always look at it first as Lon'qu
