Works like a mini version of the original explosive Rigain Celica, who you can play a bit earlier
Tobin only has 40 base, so he desperately needs any buffs he can get for battling after his deployment. By the time you'd play him, he will be comparatively weak to other units
Shares the same ability seen on both Mae and Boey. Being a base 40 unit with Hero Emblem is what mainly sets Alm apart
However, this card isn't designed for Alm to focus on. He has other cards to buff him sooner on turn 1. This Alm card is meant to be a sidekick to someone else
Two characters stand out to me when deploying through Abel: Sain and Oscar
Sain because he has a free effect to topdeck Kent for a guaranteed +40 support (assuming Kent is in retreat)
And Oscar because his c5 is very strong in its own right if you can also play Boyd and Rolf
Bernadetta has a new Crest Power which, basically, lets you hit an otherwise unreachable target
No unit requirement distinguishes it from other similar CPs, so it can have a role that Edelgard/Claude wouldn't fulfill, but it can be less relevant if enemy units aren't hitting 80
This card is a reprint of Lyn's c1 from the Series 21 booster, and functions the same
The new artwork is based on the opening event of FE Blazing Blade, where the player character Mark is first introduced to Lyn
This card originally came from Dengeki Nintendo's December 2019 issue
This card's main appeal is buffing Byleth and someone else for free. A simple strat to capitalize on this is to play Sothis beforehand, then play Sylvain so the buffs he and Byleth gain end up being +20 each

Note: Claude, like most other archers in Cipher, already comes with Anti-Fliers (+30 vs fliers)
He already has a way to give everyone infinite range (and it's a CP so it'll trigger his +20 buff), the his first skill just has a niche if you really need that flier effectiveness
