Josette was fun in Sky FC, and I love how sassy she is with her interactions with Estelle. The Capuas are great for humanizing Josh during SC as well.
That said, I never cared too much for her. Maybe because she's kinda trash in battle.
I like Fie. She's sassy, which is definitely fun, and I love that she becomes a bracer.
However, I didn't find Zephyr super compelling, plus the Jaeger-turned-Bracer is done better with Sara, though they play off each other well. I dunno, Fie just doesn't do it for me.
Musse is a plot-relevant character with a cute design, so I wanted to like her. Unfortunately, I feel like they kinda floundered her character. Horny for Rean is not a personality, and Mille Mirage was a lot of build up for nothing.
At least she's cute?
On to D Tier. These are characters that I like just fine, there's just something about them where I don't click with them as much as the C Tiers.
Like Julia, who's cool but kinda plain.
Viscount Arseid is the best of the E Tier bunch. He's a super badass swordsman! Radiant Blademaster?? Like it doesn't get much cooler than that.
Buuuut i find that he's super underutilized in CS. All he really does is serve as a benchmark for other characters. Wasted potential.
Bleublanc is a meme. I dunno. Phantom Thief shit is funny, and it's a fun and memorable quest in each game.
But like, he's just some fancy dude? I was so disappointed when he was the Enforcer to reappear in CS. He's silly, but he's not super interesting to me.
Noel is another cute character, but she fails to stand out in an arc with such incredible characters.
I usually love AOE regular attacks in Trails, but I was not going to bench anyone to make room for Noel. No shade to her, but she just doesn't compare
George is fine enough, but he's pretty bland in the first two games. His villain status in CS at least adds a bit of flair, but it feels really forced to me. This is true for a lot of CS villains, but I wish we got more motivations for the evil deeds beyond "blame the curse"
Millium is a fun character and a bundle of boundless joy! ... Which does nothing for me personally. like she's cute and all, but I find her to be really one-note and a bit grating, especially in the first game.
Next we have E tier, which are characters that aren't very exciting to me.
Cayenne is a pretty standard and uninspired villain.
Gilbert is fun comic relief, but eh.
Kurt is the original badass bracer, but he's pretty forgettable.
