so pleased to finally show you this finished commission i worked on a few months ago

the painting was for a fiftieth birthday and was of the recipients two children

i'm working on a new project which involves painting objects i don't often paint. i put off painting these glasses until the end cos i was nervous

but i had a great time doing it

i'll be revealing all about the new project soon, but here's a sneak peek of a finished piece

have i mentioned before how much i love painting hands? i don't think i have

i'm having a great time painting at the moment, trying my best to be inside the experience of it rather than outside looking towards an end result
