Eiji Kaneda is another big one! I loved FE7’s artwork as a kid, and wanted to be able to draw characters like this, myself! Fire Emblem art in general, at least the pre-Awakening stuff, still really influences my outfit designs to this day
I think the first one that warrants mentioning is @/kilotango! I had the book in the first image here as a kid and my underlying techniques for drawing… really just Everything About Heads is STILL based on what I learned from these books!
Looking at the weights of things like hands I think something like 2.5lbs (roughly 1.13kg) per ear sounds reasonable? Since they are also pretty big https://t.co/2WHprpM69t
Rabbit is somewhere around the 5’1” ~ 5’3” (155cm ~ 160cm) range I’d say! I dunno how much I’d call him small, necessarily, since ever under his chubbiness he has a naturally kinda thicker frame, but he certainly isn’t TALL by any stretch, haha https://t.co/otzrLd2NKx
@fizzlefer I hope it isn’t a bother to share, but, Rabbit here has a pretty curvy shape (although I wouldn’t say he’s especially “busty” for his weight)… he is such a fun character to be honest he’s really one of my favorite OCs I’ve made…
@shinjukuerasure @phomarciam There’s also Cid Pollendina from Final Fantasy IV who’s firmly a sympathetic character and even a major party member. I actually don’t recall his weight ever coming up in dialogue at all.
He’s the super-hardy team mechanic, basically Cecil’s uncle, and all-around a cool dude
I've never read much of the Archie Sonic Comics and knowing what I do now about them I don't know if it's worth slogging through all of Pen Kenders' bullshit but I love Shard's character design and concept
@kaozima Here is Rabbit, who is one of my very favorite OCs I’ve ever made… please, view him…
