Forget the drama. It's hot girl summer. Go read some good comics and get ready for THE GIRL WITH THE MEGA FISTS Volume 2 this Fall! I've got HOPEFULLY an exciting announcement later today (the one that failed last week).

Finally, what I loved about this series was that we got to see a character be true to herself throughout the whole story: selfless. While everyone wanted to or did give into darkness for their selfish desires, Naomi fought against it and prevailed.

Part 3: (9/10): An amazing finale. We see Naomi become the hero she is destined to be. What was great as well with the ending was that Nicholas tied in all the stories that encompass his world so it gave you a wide scope of what he is building in his interconnected universe.

Part 2: (8/10): The action ramped up as did the stakes. The art was still fantastic and we’re presented with the overall theme of this book with more clarity. The Nocturnal King is ruthless and we get to see his brutality in this. As well the collapse and escape was fun!
