I adopted Taffy in early 2016. She's a British Longhair & admiral's kitty companion, can often be seen tagging along with him. Shy, timid and anxious! Not a lap cat, but very loyal and well-meaning; she prefers to show her affection in delicate and subtle ways
I created admiral in Fall 2010 (happy birthday!). He works as a harbourmaster, sometimes trains fresh recruits. Being kind of feminine and usually quiet about himself, he's considered eccentric at best. He's (fr)enemies with boatswain & secretly good friends with captain!
I usually scan things in batches, so here is a small collection of Mommy faces from Spring this year I only recently inked & coloured. Mommy belongs to @/mijfly! She's a perfect character to practise expressions on. Those faces are very modest compared to the original, though!
I'll start by slowly introducing my characters: here's boatswain, first drawn in Spring 2010. He's an old, grumpy fisherman. Foul-mouthed and short-fused at times, but he still has a heart - and the best of it is reserved for his captain. More on that in the future!
