Lobo is one of my favorite looking DC characters. I think if they made a movie Jason Mamoa would be the best candidate, too bad he already is Aquaman.

Deathstroke has become one of my favorite DC characters. I especially like the treatment of him in Batman: Arkham Origins. I recently was gifted the Hot Toys collectible. Incredible sculpt, the detail is amazing.
