On its initial release in the US the G1 Transformers VHS tapes had short comics with them giving a brief preview of the episode. I don't have all the tapes myself but i managed to piece together a full set to show:
Vol 1: More than meets the eye
Vol 2: The ultimate doom

Got 2 different pieces of G1 concept art to show today. A early concept for what would end up as Pretenders and a alternate design for the Headmaster jr Cancer/Squeezeplay.

Continuing from yesterday we have another design from G1. This was a concept for another Triple changing Powermaster like Doubledealer/Doubleclouder. In this design the Jaguar would turn into a engine for the tank to turn into the dragon and then to robot mode.

More modes

G1 Sixshots near final design had a pretty cool colour scheme with it mainly being yellow and red. The head design is pretty cool too and not so flat.

Concepts for the smaller Headmasters/Headmaster Jr initially didn't have the head/chair gimmick with the gun ears but was a standard headmaster with the tech specs uncovered. This Siren/Goshooter concept also shows his initial design looking like G1 Red Alert.

The design also had 2 Beast modes. The second one kinda looks like Snapdragon to me.

Got one last set of Action Master concept art for you all tonight. This time we have another combiner, Bruticus who gets what looks like a jetpack and shields for his gimmick. Just for completeness sake i've also included the Galvatron Concept I'm sure I've shown before.

To go with the Superion concept I showed yesterday they also designed a Decepticon Action Master bike. This time we have Predaking with a dirt bike that would have turned into a gun emplacement.
