Today officially marks the 26th anniversary of Monster World 4! It is not only one of the best games on the Sega Genesis, but also of its kind. It was originally a Japanese exclusive, but never received an official release until nearly 20 years later.

After doing a lot of research on the genre and digging deep into certain console and handheld libraries, I noticed that a lot of the "end of a console life cycle" games tended to have fun, color-blasted action platforming/adventure titles with cute female protagonists. Huh.

The first slot goes to one of Monster World's legendary heroes, Shion from the 1991 Sega Genesis classic, Wonder Boy in Monster World!

It is one of the finest titles on the system and regardless of being a swordsman, his abilities are quite different from the others.

The tenth and final piece dealing with Shantae and Asha that was submitted is by @RCaseDrawsStuff. To be honest, this is the one I was probably the most nervous to ask for. Thanks once again for allowing this to be featured!

I'm not the best at making these, but after several takes, I think I'm satisfied with it for now. It is a celebration image of a crossover action RPG that is going to release very soon. This is also used when loading the game itself.
