Sat down and started a painting from life. Doing one more pass on the concha itself before calling it for the day.
Will continue to carve into it from photo reference.

Sometimes you’ve got to make some shitty art before getting any better.
Here’s a barely decent one out of 4 other pretty bad ones I did prior to this.
Art is a constant battle.

There’s so much left to do but at least I’ve done a little.
