Speaking of Hades and Viridi. I’m still honestly shocked how much the marketing hid them. Nothing past ch9 was shown AT ALL pre release. So I honestly did thought the game was ending at ch9 with me thinking th game was fun but too short, only to be shown just how wrong I was.
I finished up everything now in tales of arise after playing it straight for 2 weeks and 77hrs. Easily now one my favorite JRPGs in recent memory. If you are at all remotely curious, download that demo and buy the game right after (like I did).
Also. Sophia and Zenkechi. WAY better than Kasumi and are two of my fav party members in the whole cast. Surprisingly fleshed out in the story and were some of the most fun to play. Also Wolf's Persona being a Les Miz reference, gonna give you brownie points for that.
So for some background first, I jumped into this right after finishing Royal. And while I said I found that game equal to the original P5, honestly the more time passed, the more I found didn't really like what royal changed.
