21. MetalGreymon was always my favourite in the anime, so naturally he is in the v-pets too. Getting him on the S1 Digivice, then later the Mini, and eventually the OG V1 felt momentous. The first time I got him on the Mini I made sure he wouldn't evolve further 😆 #30DaysOfVpets

15 pt 2: Special mention for this one of WarGreymon X. It's a cool design and perfectly nails the resemblance despite its smaller size, unlike the bigger Pen X version which is little more than a minor tweak to regular WarGreymon and doesn't look a thing like X. #30DaysOfVpets

4. My overall favourite is the Digital Monster Ver.20th; it kick started the v-pet revival for Digimon, and it was everything I wanted in a v-pet and then some. Plus it introduced BlitzGreymon, which quickly became one of my favourites #30DaysOfVpets

4: Emphasis on escalation of conflict. Stronger evolutions / summoning the Zords to fight bigger and stronger foes
5: Can fuse into a more powerful form (Omegamon / Megazord)

FEB 10: All of the Digimon/human partnerships work so well for different reasons, so picking a "favourite" wasn't easy. But after much deliberation I'm giving the edge to Taichi and Agumon. #KizunaCountdown

FEB 6: Really, it's a toss-up between Adventure '99 and tri. So I'll talk about both.

'99 was my entry point, kept me hooked with its ongoing narrative, and was probably the main influence in my interest in Japan, its culture, and eventually the language. (1/3)
