i'm 25 now and i have some art from when i was 13, but these two lined up nicely in terms of intended aesthetic/coloration lol. some other comparisons for funsies:

between commission stuff i've been poking at that comic thing, and i think i'm figuring out a pretty good method for making pages look finished without burning all my energy on rendering (by rubbing eight layers of dirt all over it lmao)

the second thing I got was a Christmas gift from my sister that took a little extra time getting through the post, but eventually made it safe and sound - a miniature dice box from @ElderwoodBoxes! it came with the purple dice, but I'm switching them out for my pink minis hehe

but what i didn't get done in personal work, i actually had some pretty fun commission work this year!! including a couple REALLY BIG PROJECTS that were (and are!) really good experiences! they've taught me a lot about improving my workflow and getting stuff done more efficiently

i've been pretty out of steam as we hit the end of the year, but with some friendly encouragement i was able to finish ONE LAST LILLEHOLIDAY🦌🎸
