Rams have received a really lovely, faithful model update, and are now tameable as goats! Some are available in Bastion, but I haven't had the opportunity to check the old rams in the Eastern Kingdoms yet.

The mount version hasn't yet been updated.

The new moth model is also really pretty. It's a little lower res than the average beast, and it currently hangs too low to the ground - perhaps because they were designed more with critters in mind - but they're still lovely and hopefully the height thing can be adjusted.

Another stunning new model - the larion - also comes in a range of colours, though only a few are available at this early stage.

Gorgeous new tameable vulpin foxes. There are quite a few other colours, including reds, tans and greens.

At least four more pet looks became available today. Blaithe, Irewing, Porkchop and the Angerhoof Bull are now tameable! Irewing & Porkchop require a player who still has related once-only quests to activate...

All 3 wasp colours are tameable. Just the blue scarab, but hopefully red & black will appear in the future (there are red scarabs in the raid, just not tameable).

Horde hunters who always wanted this black worg : don’t miss it in the Vulpera allied race recruitment quest chain. It’s possible it’s only available at the time you’re doing that chain, which may mean once ever.

Will windsteeds be tameable? Based on Qilin / Kirin from Chinese & Japanese myth, they were created for Pandaria but had to wait 4 more expansions to finally appear in the game (aside from a mount), in Shadowlands. A shame for such an incredible model.

First up - don't get too excited yet, we're not aware of this being tameable! But there's an update to the voidhound model in 8.3. We can only hope it'll finally become tameable as a wonderfully creepy, many-eyed core hound :)
