I never thought I'd have to come out and say this but...as much as I loved Chrono Trigger, I do think it is highly overrated. The characters to me were boring and the story cliche, but the music and combat kept me going until the end.

Also...it's not a Final Fantasy game.🙃

A work that I may or may not finish. The idea was to draw more under-drawn Wonder Boy characters in a non chibi style and I'm not gonna lie, somethin' ain't right lol.

Maybe, I'll have to rearrange some things to make it work better. We'll see. I'd hate to just toss it.

You know, it really surprises me how nobody on the entire planet has drawn Asha from #MonsterWorldIV as Lyn from #FireEmblem or vice versa, especially with some core design similarities that are plain as day. I have to do everything, don't I? 😞

Crossovers are huge part of my overall inspiration. I love seeing characters from other series interact with another in various ways, especially if their franchises are similar in some way, shape or form.

Some of these are quite old, too. I'd like to do remakes of them!

For those who are unaware, there are two other Popful Mail characters that were exclusive to a Drama CD. The blonde one is Comb and the pink-haired one is Headband.

I don't think I've ever seen fan art of them before...I'd love to be one of the first!

The Sega CD version in a way is "Monster World CD" in terms of some design. She is one of the core guest characters in Shantae & Asha for a reason lol.
