Today Wonder Woman Tabitha began her @WalesCoastPath run.
She’s completing this 1400km challenge through 2020 as she raises money for @MEResearchUK, raising hope for many of us living with this illness.

I've been blessed with a naturally low-resting heart rate. If it's over 60bpm & I'm not moving, I feel jittery.
It usually sets alarms off in the hospital, but I'm pretty chilled at 39-45bpm.
Today, my ticker is playing up. I had a poorly weekend, so today is about rest.

Wishful thinking didn't work. Went to bed hoping for a good day to draw. But it's a high pain, low movement, tears overspilling sort of day. I want to remain hopeful, but for how long can hope fight against this relentless assault on my body and psyche?

Put on my @theomm rucksack, weighted down with flour, sugar and milk. And ran down the street.
Not a trail route or mountain to climb, but plenty of nature, hilly bits and bird songs to woo me.
