私のキャラ設定のやり方は、以下のとおりです。
・必須項目は「名前」「立ち位置」「参考キャラ」の３つのみ
・必須項目以外は無理して埋めない
・必須項目以外はプロットを作りながら、場合によっては小説を書いている途中で埋める。

肝は「参考キャラ」ですね。
あくまで私のやり方。
