Super Saiyan Blue design isn'it only a recolor.
Yep, that's right, Goku and Vegeta's costumes have been completely designed to work better with this transformation. Toriyama designated this dogi already with the Blue form. That's why SSB doesn't work well with Goku's regular gi.
