『聖戦士ダンバイン』の放送が始まった1983年当時はこういう”異世界ファンタジーアニメ”って珍しかったんだけど、『風の谷のナウシカ』の漫画（1982年に連載開始）を富野由悠季監督が読んで影響を受けたから…と言われている（でも、異世界にロボットアクションを絡ませる発想が凄いよねw）

やはりナウシカのカタルシスが半端ないのでこういうのも妄想してしまう。
@jadehabron @VIDEO199X @Herfinangle This the exact comment I was looking for! The Moebius designs were weren't that apparent in the barbarian one. But on the Pterodactyl one ,it was straight up from Arzach. And that weird bunny creature might be an 80s claymation attempt at this separate thing from Nausicaa.
