The old drawing in question, done on MS Paint back in 2018. Here she has the Diamond High school uniform on, and was initially written as being 14 years old in the present day. For the new drawing, I bumped up her age to 18 so that she and Ai aren’t that far apart in age.

So here it is. My first result digital painting with a drawing tablet. Not what I was initially planning, but once you start you have to let the painting start to speak for itself.

My thoughts so far: love the tablet, could use some work on my technique.
